Shipping

All of our items are made to order to ensure the highest quality possible. We are currently running on a 14 business days production timeframe. (But we’ll do our best to get it out sooner)
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Time in transit will depend on the shipping carrier and your location. If you need something faster, please contact us prior to purchase to see if we can accommodate.
Packages will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Flat rate shipping is $8. Orders over $100 ship free with code FREESHIP!
Bird Flower Threads is not responsible for delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Address Changes: Please verify your shipping address before checking out. If you need to update your address after ordering, email us with your order number & updated address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for an updated address (additional shipping fees will apply).

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you do not absolutely love your Bird Flower Threads order, we will gladly accept exchanges, within 14 days of the date of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We stand behind the quality of our products and our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement free of charge.
To initiate an exchange, fill out the form below.
For exchanges: You will receive an invoice for the return shipping fee, price difference of the new item (if any) and shipping fee for the new item along with your return shipping label.
Items must be in new condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. Bird Flower Threads reserves the right to refuse an exchange based on the condition of the item.
Once the exchange is received, please allow 3-5 business days to review your item(s) and process your exchange.

The following items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged: Items marked Final Sale, Custom/Personalized Orders.
We cannot make price adjustments for previously purchased items.
